FOR BEST RESULTS

To ensure that the paint comes out opaque, please give it a good shake before use.

Release any excess pressure by pressing the nib a couple times while the tip is facing upwards.

Press down slowly and gently to allow paint to flow to the tip.

Test paint flow and color before painting.

Always recap immediately after use to prevent the tips from drying out.

Keep tips clean for best results. Always clean the surface you're painting on to prevent debris from clogging nibs.
CLOGGED/DAMAGED NIBS

WASH EXTRA FINE NIBS
When EXTRA FINE nibs are clogged or dried, rinse under water to clean.

SOAK MEDIUM NIBS
Soak MEDIUM nibs in water overnight.

REPLACE NIBS
If nibs are damaged or clogged, replace with new nibs.

HEAR THE MIXING BALLS?
If you don't hear the mixing balls rattle when you shake, tap the pen on a hard surface to get the balls moving and mixing again. This will ensure a consistent opaque mix.

LEAKY PEN?
-Press on nib several times to release the excess air out of the pen.
-Do not over pump. Pump slowly and gently.
-Check to see that the mixing ball inside is moving.
-Wait for 24 hours for paint paint at tips to settle.
Note: Being in a high-altitude area may cause an uneven flow of paint.
